Production facilities include: machine center 55 sets, cam-profile grinding machine from Germany EMAG, rotor slot grinder and parallel surface grinding machine from Korea AM technology and other precision NC machine 32 sets, 4 pump and valve assembling lines, heat treatment oven 5 sets, aluminum cast oven 3 sets etc. Measuring equipment include: Hexagon CMM, Gear shape apparatus, Length measuring instrument, universal tool microscope, hardness tester, spring tester, material testing machine, gear run-out measuring instrument, projector apparatus, magnetic flaw detector, metallographic microscope etc. Test facilities include: online tester 18 sets, R&D pump and valve tester 6 sets.
