Our company is China Automobile Power Steering Standard drafter under NTCAS (National Technical Committee of Auto Standardization). Our company is located in Hefei Luyang Industry Zone, floor space is 48000 m2, workshop area 30000 m2, 228 staffs, product capacity is 450000 set hydraulic pump and valve. We have professional technology R&D team lead by state level experts. Our company is High and Innovation Enterprise rewarded by Anhui Provincial Authority. We have many advanced manufacturing facilities, strong technical strength, complete measuring and test equipments. Production facilities include: machine center 55 sets, cam-profile grinding machine from Germany EMAG, rotor slot grinder and parallel surface grinding machine from Korea AM technology and other precision NC machine 32 sets, 4 pump and valve assembling lines, heat treatment oven 5 sets, aluminum cast oven 3 sets etc. Measuring equipment include: Hexagon CMM, Gear shape apparatus, Length measuring instrument, universal tool microscope, hardness tester, spring tester, material testing machine, gear run-out measuring instrument, projector apparatus, magnetic flaw detector, metallographic microscope etc. Test facilities include: online tester 18 sets, R&D pump and valve tester 6 sets. Quality assurance is critical, our company was accredited ISO/TS16949 and ISO9001 certification since the year of 1999.
